As far back as I can remember I have always loved eating shortbread and Okin biscuit. I could eat a truckload and still have space for lunch. Ah, happy days. However, as one grows older you realise that some of these snacks are nothing but ‘nutritional black holes’, only serving to send you down the conveyor belt of obesity if not careful.
